Community Supported Art Launch

Community Supported Art (or CSA) is a new collaborative fundraiser between Gallery 44 and Open Studio. Based on community supported agriculture initiatives, this model of support connects arts institutions with patrons in order to collectively build sustainability. Subscribers receive two works of art over the course of the year. Becoming a CSA subscriber is an exciting and easy way to grow your art collection while investing in two vital art organizations.
Join us on Thursday, November 10 at 6:30 PM for the official launch of the project. Both artists will give a brief talk about their contribution to the CSA, and there will be tours of the Gallery 44 and Open Studio facilities. Please note that this event will start at Gallery 44 and end at Open Studio.
For the inaugural edition of the CSA, we are delighted to present works by Miles Collyer and Meghan Price. Both unique artworks were commissioned specifically for this project and were created in our photo and print facilities at Gallery 44 and Open Studio. The artists have generously donated the work, with production costs being provided by Gallery 44 and Open Studio.
Your annual subscription directly supports exhibitions, education and studio facilities at Gallery 44 and Open Studio. Both are not-for-profit organizations and registered charities, relying on public donations to maintain accessible and essential programming.
