As a charitable non-profit and artist-run centre, we are committed to providing artists with access to specialized printmaking facilities and creating opportunities for artists and the public to engage with print through exhibitions, education, and public programming.

Other Ways to Support
Support the Print Access Pass Program
The Print Access Pass Program supports artists transitioning from post-secondary studies by providing access to Open Studio’s printmaking facilities and creative community. A $450 donation sponsors one artist with one month of unlimited 24/7 studio access and a one-year membership.
Each year, passes are awarded through partnerships with post-secondary institutions to recognize excellence among students working in print media. Additional passes are offered to artists from equity-deserving communities and to artists who may experience financial or other barriers to accessing printmaking facilities, including people with disabilities, Black and Indigenous artists, students, and newcomers.
Become a Supporting Member for $100/year
Stay connected to Open Studio through a Supporting Membership, designed for those who want to support the organization and participate in the Open Studio community without regular studio access. Supporting Members can vote at Annual General Meetings, join the Open Studio Board and committees, receive members-only newsletters, participate in special calls, and attend members-only events, including Studio Socials.
Donate a Car to Open Studio
Turn your vehicle, running or not, into a donation that supports Open Studio. Through Donate a Car Canada, they handle pickup, sale, and paperwork. Proceeds go directly to Open Studio, and you’ll receive a tax-deductible receipt.
