Toronto Star features Artist Member Rochelle Rubinstein

The Toronto Star has reviewed Rochelle Rubinstein’s (@rochellerubinstein_) exhibition SHELTER in PLACE. The exhibit is up in the Project Space at Open Studio until March 6, 2021. Unfortunately, we are closed at this time but you can view a video of the exhibition here.

These block printed banners represent Rubinstein’s desire to blend the design aesthetics and art of printmaking on textile with social and environmental advocacy. Rubinstein reworked the banners to respond to the ongoing pandemic.

You can read the Toronto Star article here.
